Adult Ed Process Documentation & Improvement

Sarah led the documentation and improvement of the orientation and testing processes for the Adult Education English program at Friendly House in Arizona. Her and her team's efforts resulted in a 100% increase in student testing rates. She further streamlined orientation and student progress tracking workflows and contributed to a 50-100% higher success rate compared to other programs in Arizona, significantly enhancing student outcomes.

Client Screening Form

Sarah integrated trauma-informed practices into the intake process for Safety & Wellness clients at the International Rescue Committee within her first month. She not only helped streamline client placement creating a single form for all programs to use, but also improved overall program outcomes for individuals in need of specialized care and enhanced the organization's ability to assess and support vulnerable clients more effectively. This tool is still used today.

Business Development

At Hyperspace Ventures, Sarah led business development initiatives that drove significant growth, securing over $1.3 million in new contracts and developing 30+ contracts. She spearheaded the creation of the Social Media Branding Guideline Portfolio, resulting in a 250% increase in audience engagement within 11 months. Additionally, Sarah developed and distributed a monthly newsletter for stakeholders, creating its content through the first nine editions, and authored the company blog, showcasing five client success stories that boosted inbound sales traffic by 20%. With experience in contract negotiation, strategic communication, and content creation, she has consistently driven measurable growth and deepened client relationships through business development efforts.
